We have implemented higher standards for achieving safety goals recommended and supported by the Department of Health, the U.S. Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) All workers are required to wear a mask or facial covering and temperatures will be checked regularly with a non-contact forehead thermometer.

We will be routinely using a non-toxic HOCL disinfectant and sanitizer in every room and will also be using HEPA Filter Air Purifier.

+ I’m not receiving my newsletter…why?

Please check all of your usual’s: junk, spam, or for Gmail accounts – the promo folders for your newsletter. You'll be able to either mark the newsletter as not spam or tap/click to add Support@biovitality.store to your contacts to see it pop up. In the strange event, you are still searching for it, tap unsubscribe, then subscribe again to receive it.

+ Shop BioVitality Gift Cards?

We offer e-cards valid for virtual gifting. Once you gift an e- gift card we'll email it either straight to your email for you to simply forward on or print it out. Alternatively, include your recipient’s name and email address together with an option to leave a personal message for them to enjoy. Once your virtual order is processed and payment cleared, we'll email your e-card through to the recipient.

*Subject to applicable law: Shop Biovitality e-gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash or be returned and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase

 
 

Orders & Accounts

 

+ Do I need an account to order?

  1. No, but should you wish to make a few orders and simplify the process, it’s free to open an account, and turnaround time for checkout is quicker. Other pros of opening your account are that you can view past orders, update your account information or check the delivery status of your current order.

  2. You can track your order once you receive an email containing either your UPS tracking number or an air waybill number. If you are registering an account with us – you will be able to follow the progress of your delivery and order status

  3. Passing through? No worries – as a guest, your order confirmation will be sent via email along with any further updates you may need. This will include a shipping tracking number.

+ I reserved an item and now it’s gone?

All of your orders are subject to product availability. It’s worth noting that items in your shopping cart are not considered reserved, therefore they may be purchased by other customers

+ I received the wrong item or an item is missing?

Please email us on support@biovitality.store with your order number and the description of the wrong item/s for our customer service department to help you receive the correct item/s

+ My product is damaged, what happens now?

Things sometimes happen, so in the odd occurrence there is an issue with your item, please include all details of the issue, by taking an image of the item, add a description and send off to our customer service as soon possible for us to help you.

+ Shop BioVitality discounts or promos?

Keep a lookout for our discounts or promotions that we do here and there. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on any of the goods, so we suggest signing up for emails, or our newsletter so you don’t miss any of our notifications.

+ Making payment?

  1. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal, and your account gets billed once the shipment of your items is completed.

  2. Please note: As we are a US-based e-commerce business. The sales tax might vary depending on the particular state your items are being shipped to, which we are required to charge

  3. We do accept international credit cards

+ Shop BioVitality discounts or promos?

Our e-commerce plate form only processes US orders. International orders should email info@biovitality.net and someone from our support team will be in contact.

Please take note: We don’t ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

United States of America For Standard shipping, all orders less than $100 before taxes and shipping is $10 and free for all orders of $100 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note Standard shipping is one to three business days transit and order processing could take up to two business days after the order is placed.

Canada Shipments to Canada are all delivered duty-paid, which means everything is calculated and paid for when you checkout online. For a limited period only, there’ll be free shipping when you spend $100 or more Please consider that order processing may take up to two working days after the order is placed.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policies?

 

+ How do our returns work?

  1. Our process is simple: All online items eligible for returns need to be emailed to support@biovitality.store with your order number and item/s you wish to return within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Items must be returned unopened/unused in their original packaging. Our customer service will email a form for you to include in your return shipment. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment only.

  3. Responsibilities of return shipping costs will be that of the customer for all items

+ Non-eligible items or late refunds & returns?

  1. Kindly note items specified as non-returnable or any final sale products are not eligible for returns.

  2. Due to the sensitive nature of our skincare and fragrance products, unless faulty, these products will be subject to refund in the form of store credit. Any item/s returned later than thirty days after receipt will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. For gently used items that are not of a skincare or fragrance nature, we will refund you for the product, however, please note that we are not able to refund you for the shipping cost.

+ How long does a refund take to process?

Please allow up to +- 15 days for us to receive and process your refund from our warehouse. An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.

+ Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed and you have confirmation including a shipping address – we regret to tell you that we are not able to cancel, edit or modify your order after it has been placed. Should you have made a mistake in your order, please email us at info@biovitality.net so we can help work out a solution

+ Exchanges?

Due to the nature of online, we cannot accept exchanges on items that could sell out during the requested exchange period, an easy option for all is to purchase the item you need whilst returning the item not needed.

+ Cancellations?

Should you wish to cancel an order, this must be made within 24hrs of placing your order. Any timeous cancellations can be emailed to support@biovitality.store
